The spirit, body and soul
The Election processes:
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.
The first step is the preaching process. The one being saved should undergo indoctrination. The preacher is a duly commissioned minister (not self-appointed,) but Jesus chose them (John 15:16.) A preacher is a fake preacher if he is not sent (Romans 10:15) by God to preach.
Why did Jesus said that in order to be saved one must not only believe but should be baptized as well? Simply because baptism is a part of the Christian doctrine (Heb 6:2) that requires work. This work is the proof that one believes the "doctrine of baptisms." The reason why James said "I will show you my faith by my works." (James 2:18) If one disbelieves in this required work of salvation, Jesus said, he shall be condemned.
Faith shown by work (first is baptism) gives you salvation. Baptism is also the one that makes one who has undergone indoctrination free from the sense of sin before God. They are cleansed of all their sins.
And baptism, of which this is an image, now gives you salvation, not by washing clean the flesh, but by making you free from the sense of sin before God, through the coming again of Jesus Christ from the dead;
They are both sanctified and justified (past tense) at the time they were washed. The Bible did not say that sanctification is "page by page."
and such were some of you: but you have been washed, you have been sanctified, you have been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the spirit of our God.
"Sin no more" (John 5:14; John 8:11) is one of Jesus commands. Paul, reminding those indoctrinated and baptized members into the Church of Christ, said:
You have certainly heard his message and have been taught his ways. The truth is in Jesus. 22 You were taught to change the way you were living. The person you used to be will ruin you through desires that deceive you. 23 However, you were taught to have a new attitude. 24 You were also taught to become a new person created to be like God, truly righteous and holy.
This teachings of Jesus should be accomplished. They should get rid of every sin.
25 So then, get rid of lies. Speak the truth to each other, because we are all members of the same body. 26 Be angry without sinning. Don't go to bed angry. 27 Don't give the devil any opportunity {to work}. 28 Thieves must quit stealing and, instead, they must work hard. They should do something good with their hands so that they'll have something to share with those in need. 29 Don't say anything that would hurt {another person}. Instead, speak only what is good so that you can give help wherever it is needed. That way, what you say will help those who hear you. 30 Don't give God's Holy Spirit any reason to be upset with you. He has put his seal on you for the day you will be set free {from the world of sin}. 31 Get rid of your bitterness, hot tempers, anger, loud quarreling, cursing, and hatred. 32 Be kind to each other, sympathetic, forgiving each other as God has forgiven you through Christ.
They did not say "reduce your sinning," niether they say "slowly stop sinning." Because if they did, no one will be fully sancified at the day of judgment. No one will be truly righteous and holy, like God. Example, if you reduce your sinning to 5% each month, will it ever get to zero? No!
Jesus said "sin no more,"Paul said get rid of every sin, Peter said stop sinning.
One is already sanctified once baptized, thus if a person go back to sinning he becomes like a pig or dog.
If one continues his sinning, the Bible said the Holy Spirit will be upset. One should never fall away from Jesus' commands and teachings. Why?
For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
The salvation in the day of judgment
Now, it is required for the elect to remain holy until the end doing only what is good in order to be saved in the day of Judgment. Why? Because it is the works that will determine if one is saved or not. The function of faith ends when the reason for believing is already at hand. At the day of Judgment it is your works that will bring you to condemnation or salvation.
And all were judged according to their deeds. And Death and Hades were hurled into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if any one was found who was not written in the Book of Life, he was hurled into the lake of fire.
If one can not cease from sin, he will be cursed (2 Peter 2:14.) And cursed people will be thrown into the lake of fire (Matt 25:41-42)
What will happen to those baptized members who will remain faithful and holy (despite all the hardships in life) till the end?
But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.
Indoctrination - Baptism & Repentance
The Salvation from Sin (The Election Process):
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.
The Indoctrination
The one being saved should undergo indoctrination. The preacher is a duly commissioned minister (not self-appointed,) but rather Jesus chose them (John 15:16.) A preacher is a fake preacher if he is not sent (Romans 10:15) by God to preach.
The Baptism

This work is the proof that one believes the "Doctrine of Baptisms;" The reason why James said "I will show you my faith by my works."
and such were some of you: but you have been washed, you have been sanctified, you have been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the spirit of our God.
True Repentance from Dead Works
Repentance from dead works is one of the laid doctrinal foundation of Christianity (Heb 6:1.) Jesus is the one who established it. Jesus said "Sin no more" (John 5:14; John 8:11.) Paul, reminding those indoctrinated and baptized members of the Church of Christ about this teaching of Jesus, said:
You have certainly heard his message and have been taught his ways. The truth is in Jesus. 22 You were taught to change the way you were living. The person you used to be will ruin you through desires that deceive you. 23 However, you were taught to have a new attitude. 24 You were also taught to become a new person created to be like God, truly righteous and holy.
True repentance must be accomplished by everyone. They should get rid of every sin.
So then, get rid of lies. Jesus said "sin no more,"Paul said get rid of every sin, Peter said stop sinning.
One is already sanctified once baptized, thus if a person go back to sinning he becomes like a pig and a dog (2 Peter 2:22.) And dogs will be among those who will perish in the lake of fire (Rev 22:15.)
If one continues his sinning, the Bible said the Holy Spirit will be upset. His repentance is fake and void. One should never fall away from Jesus' command to never sin again. Why? Because there is no second repentance that can renew them again. "It is impossible," the Bible said.
The so-called christians of today are open to say and not even ashamed to say they are deliberate sinners. It is true. And the reason why they can not cease from sin is because the baptism they received did not come from a duly recognized minister sent by God. Their baptism has no power from God that could transform anyone to be truly righteous and holy. That's why even if they try hard they can't actuate the true repentance required for salvation. They can't get rid of sin.
The Salvation from the Lake of Fire:

Religion is God
I am a biblical person and such an open minded person i am open to all discussion about bible..Some of my friends are not interested whenever i am going to invite them to attend our bible doctrines and church service she always make a reason of this verse: Matthew 18L15:20..and she emphasized this.."Fo where two or three gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them..she always make a reason of this verse so that i wouldn't force her or stop inviting her..My reason why i am so excited and interested to invite her because all i want her to listen the words of God and also to share our doctrines. By the way this friend of mine is I don't really know where to categorized her by the way because she is attending different churches what i really mean is that she's open to all churches and i am wondering why she is avoiding bible doctrince..She told me it's already enough when two or more person is talking about Jesus because Jesus definitely is in the center..She also added that religion is not important faith is important relationship with Jesus is important. But it is says in the bible to belong in the fold of Christ and be baptized in the name of Christ is the most important and essential for salvation..Two or more persons gathering in my name..In Jesus name..What is his name.? His title is Christ..means to say two or more means worship..there religion enter...Where there is Religion, there is God, where there is God, there is Religion..Why we could not give time to read the bible and believeth it's contents..Why such people on earth don't want to stop teaching doctrines which couldn't be found in the bible? Let us all ponder about this things..this idea will just remind us that to love God is keep his commandments.

Leadership Development Is Vital
According to Hyatt Hotels: “If there is anything I have learned in my 27 years in the service industry, it is this: 99 percent of all employees want to do a good job. How they perform is simply a reflection of the one for whom they work.”
This humorous story underscores the importance of effective leadership: During a sales meeting, the manager was berating the sales staff for their dismally low sales figures. “I’ve had just about enough of poor performance and excuses,” he said. “ If you can’t do the job, perhaps there are other sales people out there who would jump at the chance to sell the worthy products that each of you has the privilege to represent.” Then pointing to a new recruited, retired pro-football player, he said, “If a football team isn’t winning, what happens? The players are replaced. Right?”The question hung heavy for a few seconds; then the ex-football player answered, “Actually, sir, if the whole team was having trouble, we usually got a new coach.”
Leadership can be taught Leadership is not an exclusive club for those who were “born with it.” The traits that are the raw materials of leadership can be acquired. Link them up with desire and nothing can keep you from becoming a leader. Others may give you the principles, you must supply the desire. Leadership is developed, not discovered. The truly “born leader” will always emerge; but to stay on top, natural leadership characteristics must be developed.
Observations:1. We teach what we know; we reproduce what we are. Leadership is caught from a leader; therefore, a mentor or a model of effective leadership is essential.2. A model plus training equals growing leadership. The ultimate climate for developing leadership potential is produced when you have an effective model to observe and principles to practice; therefore, we can learn leadership principles to through books, tapes, seminars, and other self-improvement vehicles.3. Ninety percent of your leadership will be through development. The ten percent that is gifted will succeed only if development and growth of learned leadership are pursued.
Leadership vs. Management
Management is the process of assuring that the program and objectives of the organization are implemented. Leadership, on the other hand, has to do with casting vision and motivating people.
Managers are those who do things right; Leaders are those who do the right things.
Making sure that the work is doe by others is the accomplishment of a manager; inspiring others to do better work is the accomplishment of a leader.
The Definition of Leadership: Influence
“Leadership is all about influence.”

About the Priest
God is not unfair
People sometimes says that God is unfair...site for
example: A wilderness...Wilderness means there's no
people living on it..so if there is inhabitant living
or non living things reside in there...the word
wilderness will not change. It is still wilderness..
Nowadays, as you observed/noticed in a released
film..there are these so called cannival they are man
physically...they are people...who eat flesh of
people, the act of inhumane...they eat and kill human
like them..
So the question here..Do God favor this things to
happen? Do God allow them..if these things is
according to God's will...well life is so
unfair...and so with God..
But God is not unfair according the holy
scriptures..We are lucky because we lived on his Love
we knew him as our maker and creator...those people
who lived in the wilderness are none-people means
they are not consider people wheather they are
innocent or not, whether they are victim or not..but
they are including in the curse...
They are unbelievers...They don't know God...
